J Reward Card Terms & Conditions:

1. J REWARD Card is issued to the person whose name appears on the card.
2. To start earning loyalty points, customers must present his/her J REWARD CARD upon purchase of any products from the designated J Marketing Store.
3. J REWARD Card can also be used during sales or in conjunction with any special promotions.
4. Loyalty points earned can be checked or inquired from our website (www.jmarketingcorporation.com)
5. Lost or stolen loyalty cards must be reported immediately to the designated J Marketing store and a new card will be issued in which the customer will shoulder the card replacement fee of P100.00
6. Customers with repo units within the validity of the J REWARD CARD, total points earned will automatically be voided by management.
